I bought a voltas window AC 1 and half years back.In first three months only its motor stopped working,Thne it took me almost 7days to get it fixed.And now its fan's wings has been broken down. Amazing, the thing which is inside of cabinet,its broken now.when asked *** explaination. agent said it could be because of was not fixed properly.

what the *** is this wrong with VOLTAS product. i paid more to buy a good AC and it was really a expensive one in INDIA as it is a brand.and still it is one of the expensive ac in indian market. but what is the use.

when my AC's motor was broken down then i wrote several emails but no bloody *** reverted to me and said apology. they have worst customer service. voltas is no more a brand but it is now just like any local assemble ac and they r also working fine without any issues.

Voltas is good in giving a good run around to its customers.

Same happened to me with one more TATA product : Indica. worst car i ever seen in my life. I bought it as i thought that it has now good technology in it but i was wrong. it has worst technology and more worst customer service. Their agency owners and staff are rude and cheap. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS .

though RATAN TATA is buying big international brands of world but sorry to say they cant maintain the international standards.

if tata wants to be like toyota or some other good brands then they have to work hard on their products and customer service.

their AC agent came and charge me 350 INR for just checking the issue. This could be a consultation fee of a good DOCTOR in a good hospital.and what he did nothing...rather advised me to ready for 550 INR to pay more forr fan replacement, what the *** is that.

it seems that TATA as a company is full of cheap staff, poor quality check, worst customer service, outdated technology, no ethics, no guarantee on their products, no trust on their own products, just running after moneYbut CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

WHEN MY AC's motor was broken within three months then i asked the company to replace the AC but they denied as it was not under the policy then what is under the policy :::cheap product with no guarantee.


Monetary Loss: $400.
